Terms of Use
This page governs the website. Client work is governed by a separate agreement you sign.
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms cover your use of onlyconversion.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site, which is the only remedy either of us needs for a disagreement about a web page.
They are deliberately short. A website like this one does not need ten thousand words to explain that you may read it and may not steal from it.
- Not a contract
- Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
- Quote freely
- Reading, linking and citing with attribution is welcome.
- No forecast
- Results shown are individual client results, not predictions.
- Indian law
- Governed by the laws of India, courts at Chennai.
Who these terms are with
OnlyConversion, a digital marketing practice based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, currently operating as a sole proprietorship. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean OnlyConversion, and "you" means the person using the site.
Questions about anything here go to hello@onlyconversion.com.
What these terms do not cover
This page governs the website. It is not a services agreement and it does not describe what we would do for you, what it would cost, or how long it would take.
If we work together, that is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality and how either side ends it. Nothing on this website, including any page describing a service, forms an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to perform work. A proposal we send you specifically, and that you sign, does.
Using the site
You may read it, print it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. That covers essentially every reasonable use, and we would rather people quoted this site than paraphrased it badly.
You may not:
- Copy substantial parts of the writing or the diagrams and publish them as your own, whether under your name or an agency’s.
- Use the site to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false material through the contact form.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the server or infrastructure that is not publicly published.
- Use automated means to submit the contact form, or otherwise interfere with the site’s availability for other people.
- Scrape the site to train a model that is presented as, or competes as, a substitute for what we publish. Reading, indexing and citing this site is welcome and explicitly permitted in our robots.txt; wholesale reproduction is not.
Who owns what is on the site
The writing, the diagrams, the code and the OnlyConversion name and mark belong to us. The diagrams in particular are drawn specifically for this site rather than licensed from a stock library, and they are not free to reuse.
Third-party names and logos shown on the site, such as the platforms listed on the service pages, belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe the tools we work in. Their appearance does not imply those companies endorse us, or that we are a certified or authorised partner of any of them unless a page says so explicitly.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
The site carries a lot of specific claims: client results, measurements of the site’s own performance, and calculations of what a change might be worth. We take that seriously. Every client figure published here is traceable to a source document, results shown are individual client results rather than averages, and figures the site publishes about itself are checked against the built site automatically before each release.
None of that makes them a prediction about you. Marketing results depend on your market, your product, your budget, your competitors and a good deal of timing. A result another business achieved is evidence that we have done the work, not a forecast of what you would get.
The interactive calculator on the customer growth and retention page is an illustration, not advice. It states its own assumptions on the page, deliberately understates rather than flatters, and should be treated as an indication of scale rather than a projection you can plan against.
Information on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and you should not act on it as though it were.
Availability
We intend the site to be available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It runs on shared hosting, and things occasionally break. If you find something wrong, telling us at hello@onlyconversion.com is genuinely useful and will be acted on.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination is relevant. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything the other party does or says.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption resulting from acting on information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where we do work for a client, liability for that work is governed by the signed agreement covering it rather than by this page.
Privacy
What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: this site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful, asking first in the UK and Europe. It runs no advertising, and the only personal information we hold about you is what you send us through the contact form.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by agreement, nothing here removes those rights.
